Baby nails – a newborn must have!

*sponsored post *
Is there anything scarier than cutting your baby’s nails ?? For me it’s on par with giving them their first bath and taking them for their first injections.

Baby Nails have come up with a genius invention! Their thumble nail file is so easy to use.

Isn’t the packaging lovely! I think it would make a lovely pressie for a new Mummy!

This is the standard mixed pack, it comes in a lovely little pouch and includes:

1x thumble , 1 x strip of newborn files, 1 x strip of 3m+ files and 1 x strip of 6m+ files.

To use, just snap off the appropriate file, remove the baking paper and stick to the ‘thumble’.

I love the design of the ‘thumble’ it even has an opening at the top to accommodate a nice long nail ( *sighs* wishing I had time to look after long nails!)

I found it took a little while to get used to, but when I did I found it really easy to use.  Because Elijah is only 14 weeks and still likes to keep his hands curled up I found it easier to use with two hands.

So if your expecting, have a newborn or are just fed up of trying to use nail scissors without cutting your precious little one, give baby nails a try.

  1. Oh I wish I had this when Ben was a newborn!! his nails are so soft and easy to break and when they’re so tiny its so hard to cut them without cutting their skin! my friend is due in September and I’ll be telling her about these!
Thank you for sharing this with us at #TriumphantTales. I hope to see you back next week

  2. I wish I knew about this when Chloe was little would have saved me a lot of anxiety and an awful event where a sleep deprived mama may have cut them too short 😐

  3. These are an excellent idea, it would be fantastic if the company eventually broadens their range to include SN older children and the elderly. Your son is gorgeous x
